Using flatpaks on Nobara is perfectly fine and welcome, however there are a few specific packages that Nobara provides from it’s own repositories that have been modified or patched for improved usages that should -not- be replaced with flatpak versions.
The following packages should only be installed from Nobara’s repositories, not flatpak:

lutris
gamescope
mangohud
obs-studio
prism launcher (for minecraft)
grapejuice launcher (for roblox)
